We've developed a Mindfulness & Meditation Program exclusively for KIDS from the ages of 7-14, and even as young as 5, depending on maturity and abilities. This program is intended to act as a guide in helping your children begin their own unique mindfulness and meditative journey. They will learn practices that help in understanding the value of mindfulness, meditation, creativity, self-awareness, and dealing with BIG feelings. By supporting children as they discover the value in these practices, especially during these precious developmental years, we are creating space to help them perceive and handle challenges and situations in new and healthier ways,
This program has the ability to empower through age-appropriate meditations, breathwork, mindfulness exercises, creative discovery and play, grounding and connecting to Mother Nature, self-awareness of body, thoughts, and emotions, and sensory art, all while allowing the child(ren) to discover the importance of finding their quiet space.

The Mindfulness & Meditation Program is designed to be experienced in 6 (six) consecutive specialized sessions, as described below, to best support your child(ren) on their unique journey. Payment may be made per session at $40.00 each per child, or for the Full Program at $200.00 per child. Getting to know yourself. Discovering ways to help create understanding and acceptance in a healthy, balanced, and true-to- self way.

SENSORY ART &
DISCOVERY PLAY
A fun way to engage and tap into imaginative play and nurture creativity. Encourages exploration through the senses (touch, smell, sight, sound, and taste) while using familiar materials in a new, or unique, way.

MEDITATION & FINDING
YOUR QUIET SPACE
Learn meditation techniques that support greater balance, harmony, and acceptance of thoughts and emotions, while relaxing the mind and body.

CONSCIOUS CONNECTION
WITH NATURE
Awakening the connection with nature through walking meditations, nature play, creative art, and other activities to further establish the importance of being centered, grounded, and consciously connected.

MINDFULNESS
Experience mindful breathing and eating activities that focus on staying in the present moment, while improving how you respond to internal and external challenges.

FIVE SENSES
ACTIVITY & PLAY
Engaging the 5 Senses through creative and intuitive expression. Exercises to continue developing and strengthening their senses while creating a healthy balance between the left and right brain. A fun way to further expand your child's mind and awareness.
