Open your heart space to gratitude as you surrender to the soundscape of the crystal signing bowls, tibetan bowls, chimes, and drums.  Guests will bathe in the beautifully healing sound frequencies as they promote rest, deep meditative states, relaxation, inner peace, balance and heart-opening expansion.   

:  An intentional, guided, heart-opening meditation, sound immersion therapy, and conclude with a sacred cacao ceremony. You will experience

 A yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye cover, water.What to bring:

:  Participants are asked to lie down during the sound immersion, but accomodations will be made for all needs.    Dress warmly and comfortably, eat light 2 hours prior to the event,  and come with an open heart, open mind, and a receptive state of being.
