Every session begins where you are. We open with a warm, unhurried conversation - A safe, supportive space for you to share what's been present since we last met. Current challenges, shifts you've noticed, emotions you've been carrying. Whatever is on your heart is welcome here. From that place of openness, we move into your Reiki treatment - A deeply restorative experience that works with your body's energy system to release tension, restore balance, and invite healing on every level. We close by reflecting together on what you experienced during the treatment, integrating the insights and sensations that emerged. This is more than an energy session.
