This retreat is designed differently - where castle walls hold space for radical aliveness, creative expression, and soulful renewal. The Castle retreat is intentionally created to help women reconnect with her most radiant and regulated self through emotional healing, spiritual restoration, and playful creativity. Because when she feels genuinely safe enough to play and genuinely supported enough to heal - transformation doesn't just become possible. It becomes inevitable. Why Healing Through Play Accelerates Transformation Play shifts the nervous system out of survival mode and into a state of openness, safety, and receptivity. When you feel relaxed and engaged in fun, your mind softens, emotional defenses lower, and your energy becomes more available for healing. What's Included: • Pre-retreat and intention-setting group Zoom call (2 weeks before) • 3 days and 2 nights at the Clayshire Castle in beautifully appointed rooms with private bathrooms. (Double Occupancy - 1 Queen Bed, 1 Queen Sofa Bed) • Gourmet daily breakfasts, Lunch on Saturday, and Medieval-inspired dinners each evening that transport you into a magical, immersive atmosphere. • All Sacred Play Integration healing sessions and group experiences • Medieval-themed costumes to awaken your inner royalty and invite joyful self-expression • All outdoor activities: life-sized chess, hedge maze, scenic hiking trails • Spacious time to rest, reflect, journal, and simply be • Post-retreat group integration Zoom call (30 days after) Good to Know: • Transportation to and from the retreat venue is not included • Maximum 8 women • Table/Chair Massages are available for additional fee ($50/half hour and $100/hour) • Questions about activities, roommates, or scheduling?
